Lauren Jane Salt is a multidisciplinary artist based in Boorloo (Perth), Western Australia. Her practice moves through transformation, mythology, and identity—guided by ancestral threads and shaped by a background in floristry.
Working with ceramics and organic materials, Salt creates sculptural forms that trace cycles of growth, decay, and renewal. Her work offers quiet reflections on personal and collective realms—where memory, material, and myth converge.
Alongside her solo practice, Salt teaches hand-building and ceramic sculpture at Farmer Street Studio, fostering a reflective and intuitive approach to making.
